During 18 years of raising funds for Lyric Opera of Chicago, Erin has mastered a scope of experience unique in its depth.
She has held positions focusing on all components of a robust development program and has served as Director of Annual Campaign and Women's Board Activities since 2006. In that capacity, she now supervises a team of 13 with responsibilities covering all aspects of the donor cycle -- research and prospecting, solicitation, donor benefit recognition and fulfilment, e-fundraising and innovation -- in addition to her own portfolio work. She directs the strategy for achievement of the $21.9 million fundraising goal and the activities of the nationally known Women's Board of Lyric Opera, which raises nearly 20% of the fundraising goal annually.
