Jonathan Thompson has worked in Customer Service for over 20 years, dealing with all sorts of challenges from the UK’s largest theme park to holiday-makers abroad.
At Birmingham Hippodrome, he and his team look after more than 500,000 paying visitors each year. 

As Head of Customer Services for the last 12 years, he has worked to increase service levels not only in his immediate Hospitality and Service Team, but also across the company. He believes that everyone is important and can make a valuable contribution from the Chief Executive and the Trustees, to casual workers, to volunteers and the cleaning team.
