As Director of Special Initiatives at 92nd Street Y, Melissa helps to develop and scale innovative programming across all multi-disciplinary areas.
This has included the #GivingTuesday movement, which has united more than 10,000 corporate and nonprofit partners in the U.S. and around the world. As #GivingTuesday's Global Ambassador, Melissa helps to expand the reach of the movement internationally and supports #GivingTuesday global leaders. In 2013, over 45 countries participated in #GivingTuesday.
