Tom is the Director of Marketing & Audience Development for Roundabout Theatre Company, New York's leading not-for-profit theatre.
In this role, he oversees marketing, sales, institutional branding, audience development, and audience engagement. Prior to joining Roundabout, Tom held various marketing and ticketing positions in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors, including Manhattan Theatre Club, Situation Interactive, and the Huntington Theatre Company.

Tom has presented on marketing and branding at the National Arts Marketing Project, Theatre Communications Group, Capacity Interactive Digital Marketing Bootcamp, and Tessitura Learning & Community Conferences. He is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Graduate Performing Arts Management Program at Brooklyn College, in addition to regular guest lectures in the Graduate Theatre Management Program at Columbia University.
