New resource: Annual checklists

Certain tasks should be completed annually to ensure that Tessitura is ready for a new financial year. We’ve recently updated our annual checklists. Many new items have been added with extra details, and the list is now organised into topical areas such as ticketing and admissions, fundraising and memberships, finance, and web.
