v16 hub update: Upgrade considerations timeline

More Extensions now ready and other timing updates

We have recently updated the v16 upgrade considerations timeline on the v16 hub. This includes announcing the latest Extensions that are v16 ready, as well as an update on other timings.

Moved to ready

We're pleased to announce the following Extensions are now v16 ready:

• Order Payment Plan Filter TNEW Extension
• Physically Distanced (Bubble) Seating Extension
• Ticket Limits Extension

If you were waiting for one of these Extensions to help plan your upgrade timeline, please get in touch with support to discuss next steps. 

Timing updates

The Direct Debit TNEW Extension for UK members is still expected to be available at the end of Q3 this year. This Extension includes support for single memberships. Support for gift and joint memberships is also planned but may need further development. We will share more information on this as soon as we can. 

As we continue to assess priorities and resourcing, we’re estimating delivery of the Education Registration TNEW Extension in Q4, 2023.  Please contact us to discuss how this change in timing may affect your upgrade planning. 

A reminder, your upgrade timing will depend on your use of customizations and products and/or features that may not be available yet. Upcoming fixes and availability in the upgrade schedule will also be a consideration. You may have larger organizational priorities, projects or specific windows that will affect your upgrade timeline too.
